So what you want to do, I think, is the following: get to your /wp-admin/ page, click on Presentation, then Theme Editor, then Sidebar Template (That's what it's called in my template, so I assume yours would be similar). From there, I would imagine you'd be able to find the offending URIs. If that doesn't work, find me on IM! I think, for the template you’re using, it’d be in the sidebar (mine is in the footer).
