		<description>I'd like to think that it's not kicking and screaming, and that dragging isn't involved--though sometimes a few encouraging words are in order.  2.0 tools are the right thing for some patrons and some libraries in some places; older technologies are right for others.  I'm fairly certain there's a happy medium to be found, even if we have to muddle our way there sometimes.  :-)</description>
