		<description>I&#039;d like to think that it&#039;s not kicking and screaming, and that dragging isn&#039;t involved--though sometimes a few encouraging words are in order.  2.0 tools are the right thing for some patrons and some libraries in some places; older technologies are right for others.  I&#039;m fairly certain there&#039;s a happy medium to be found, even if we have to muddle our way there sometimes.  :-)</description>
