		<description>I've always strived for uninstitutionality. . . it is a nice feature of working in an out-of-the-way place without a lot of bureaucracy.  

I always feel about conferences as I did about college--I want to split into two people--one who goes to classes/sessions, and one who just gets to hang out.  There's never enough time for both.  Maybe next year!</description>
