I admit. I don’t know what a tag cloud is. It’s kind of pretty, but I don’t get it. Am I supposed to be able to click on it and see it embiggened? It doesn’t work.
still your mom, if you want to own up to being related to such ignorance…

If you click on the picture, you should be able to get a bigger version. A tag cloud is just a visual representation of the frequency of words in a block of text. The bigger a word appears, the more times it appears in the text.
